This weekend is the 17th annual PhinneyWood Art Walk. This is the biggest art walk of the year for artists and businesses in the Greenwood & Phinney neighborhoods.

Hope to see you out on the streets, walking the show, Tasty is in the middle of it all at 75th & Greenwood.
Friday the 13th of April… Tasty is opening a new art exhibition, complete with costumes. The RETURN of Heroes Vixens & Villains. Miss last years extravaganza? Here’s a quick peek at some pics (including Seattle’s very own real live super hero, Phoenix Jones)

For the return of Heroes, Vixens & Villains in April, you can expect to see art from Augie Pagan, Brenda Dunn, Carlos Aguilar, Christine Benjamin, Court Hoffman, Dev Madan, Glitter Mortis, Leviathan League, Marty Gordon, Mike Capp, P. Calavara, Siolo Thompson, Son, Raw Garbage, Rob Schwartz and Wilky.
The Flora & Fauna group show will include Amy Weber, Burnett Forge, Chris Sheridan, Deviant Decor, DJ Lopez, Gina Nash, Jarrod Eastman, Jenna Colby, Jennevieve, Justin Hillgrove, Kim Groff Harrington, Narboo, Phresha and Rebecca Dickinson.
So far, the line up for Mad Women includes featured artists, David VonDerLinn, Paula Tade along with Chris Crites, Christine Benjamin, Court Hoffman, Glitter Mortis, Jenny Dayton, Jody Joldersma, Rob Schwartz and Siolo Thompson.
and so much more in store through the summer and fall, artists to be revealed as we get closer to those dates!
March 9th opens a new art exhibit at Tasty featuring creations by Vern White and 10 other peculiar artists.
The show will feature mixed media paintings by Vern. His artworks are markers of his journey, the people he’s met and the experiences he’s had, all woven together to create the works of art that will be on display. Joining Vern in this show:
Amy Weber, Bjorn (aka Raw Garbage), Deviant Décor, Don Deleva, Jarrod Eastman, Jenny Dayton, Jody Joldersma, Joe Vollan, Justin Hillgrove, Kurtis Rykovich and Rob Schwartz.
Showcasing the wild side of female artists, this show has nothing to do with underage drunk girls lifting their shirts;-) even if we did adopt the moniker of Girls Gone Wild… Visit us opening night to meet some of these talented artists!
